Mexico, in collusion with the Bush administration, is maneuvering to suck Social Security funds across the border for millions of their citizens who are currently here illegally.

If a foreign country was sending more than a million of its people to illegally enter the United States every year surely that would be grounds for war. Mexico is doing that. It is no stretch of imagination to say that Mexico in engaged in an undeclared war on the United States of America.

US Border Patrol Agents, according to a January 10 article in the Washington Times, “apprehended 1.15 million illegal aliens last year trying to sneak into the United States between the nation’s land ports of entry, more than 3,100 a day -- a 24 percent increase over the year before.” Among them, 23,000 people with criminal records were identified and arrested. They included 84 murder suspects, 37 suspected kidnappers, 151 who were wanted on charges of sexual assault, 313 robbery suspects, and 2,630 others implicated in drug-related charges.

“There were 8,577 drug seizures that confiscated 1.4 million pounds of illegal narcotics with an estimated street value of $1.62 billion,” according to the Times article by Jerry Seper. In all, the US Customs and Border Protection agency’s inspectors and officers processed 428 million passengers and pedestrians, including 262 million aliens, “denying entry to more than 643,000 aliens under US law.” They were in addition to those trying to steal across the border illegally.

All this was happening as the Mexican Foreign Ministry was publishing “The Guide for the Mexican Immigrant.” It is a guide on how to enter the US illegally. It is an act of war. It is part of a long-term plan to flood the US, particularly California and the Southwest, with illegal Mexicans in the belief that, once again, the US will grant amnesty to them, thus putting into motion yet another human wave to follow. There must be no amnesty.

President Bush doesn’t see it that way. He calls illegal Mexican aliens “undocumented workers.” That is just pure sophistry. It’s spin. He calls the flood of illegal Mexicans “a problem,” but it is much more than that. It is an undeclared act of war.

We have fought wars with Mexico in the past. Indeed, Mexico had invited Americans to settle Texas after it had won independence from Spain. In 1836, after the Alamo was overrun, the Battle of San Jacinto resulted in Texas becoming an independent republic. By 1845, the US had annexed Texas. This was followed by the Mexican-American war in 1846-7. By September 14, 1847, our Marines were in Mexico City and we are still singing about the “Halls of Montezuma.” The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo ended the war with the annexation of the Oregon Territory and much of the Southwest, i.e., California, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. The US paid Mexico $15 million for the land acquired. The US paid additional millions for the Gadsden Purchase of land that now comprises a part of Arizona.

Today, the oligarchy ruling Mexico has hit upon a plan to not only regain its former territory by a de facto form of demographics, deliberately re-populating those States with Mexican citizens and seeking a series of amnesties to confer citizenship that bypasses the normal process, but it is also seeking to suck still more money out of the US with an audacious plan to raid Social Security. It’s not enough that the second largest amount of money Mexico “earns” comes from funds sent home by illegal aliens estimated to number between eight and ten million.

Writing in a recent issue of The American Enterprise, Marti Dinerstein, a fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies, noted that Social Security arrangements between nations are intended to prevent dual taxation of employees who work temporarily in another country and the employers who send them. The second objective is to guarantee an old-age pension for workers who end up paying into the Social Security systems of two countries, but earn insufficient credits to qualify for retirement from either of them alone.

Twenty nations, Mexico included, have Social Security reciprocity agreements with the US. Eight of them have so few of these legal, temporary workers that the US Census Bureau doesn’t even keep track. “By 2000, there were an estimated 9.2 million Mexicans living and working in the US.”

I have concluded that no branch of the US government has any realistic idea of how many illegal Mexicans are in the country. One thing’s for sure, though, the Social Security pact currently making its way through Congress, as Dinerstein notes, provides no parity between the US and Mexico which accounts for an estimated 69 percent of all illegal aliens in the nation! The pact would be a windfall calculated in millions of dollars for Mexico.

Advocates of “open borders” want the US to sign this Social Security agreement with Mexico and the Bush administration is claiming only 50,000 Mexicans would qualify for it. That figure is bogus. Representative Dana Rohrbacher says simply enough, “We are talking about huge sums of money -- not just for retirement, but for disability payments, premature deaths, caring for the families of illegal immigrants,” adding that “it is an outrageous violation of our obligation to watch out for senior citizens of the United States.”

Wisely, he calls for “a law specifically banning work by illegal aliens from qualifying for Social Security.” Indeed, he has a bill -- HR 1631 -- to prohibit the work histories of non-citizens who are here illegally from being counted toward Social Security earnings.” If HR 1631 doesn’t become law, millions of illegal aliens, if yet another amnesty is granted, will become part of the Social Security system because all the time they worked here illegally will be credited to their accounts.

Mexico, in collusion with the Bush administration, is maneuvering to suck Social Security funds across the border for millions of their citizens who are currently here illegally. This is the same administration that is telling us that we must “fix” the Social Security system to protect future generations of Americans.

I can’t tell you exactly when the second Mexican-American War began, but I can tell you it is going on right now.

DISGRACING OUR NATION

Have you ever been disgraced at a party by a loudmouth? Ever had someone lie to you? Cheat you? Anyone steal your job? Have you had your business broken into? Have you had someone sell your kids drugs and addict them?

Have you had your car stolen? Have you ever had someone barge into your house without your permission and demand you speak their language so they could use your kitchen, bathroom and TV? Have you ever had a neighbor do something so against your moral and ethical standards that you wanted to bust them in the chops?

How did you feel? Disgraced? Angry? Provoked? Infuriated? Incensed? All of the above?

Let me give you an example of one such nearby resident. Mexico is an awful neighbor. Here are my reasons supporting this claim: Its leaders do not respect our house. Its leaders don’t respect their own citizens.

Corruption is a normal way of life for Mexico’s leaders. Its people do not respect our yard. It tramples across our nation’s borders as if we are a doormat. Once here, illegal alien Mexicans numbering over nine million--throw trash everywhere. They drive illegally. They don’t carry insurance. They run stoplights as is common in the Third World. After a crash, they run from the scene. They use our hospitals without paying.

They birth anchor babies, which then become wards of our welfare system paid for by us. Up to half of all illegals avoid taxes, $311 billion in 2004, as they work off the books but use our medical, educational and welfare systems. They depress wages and steal jobs from our working poor.

Their President Fox creates handbooks on "How To" break into America against our laws. That would be like your father showing you how to break into your neighbor’s home. Once there, you could steal, kill, rape, spread your diseases and offer drugs or use your neighbor’s home as you wished. All of the above have happened to American citizens by illegal Mexicans.

Kris Eggle, a national park ranger, suffered death by an illegal alien Mexican drug smuggler in Arizona. David Marsh, a police officer in California, was killed by a Mexican illegal alien. Eight Boulder, Colorado women suffered rape by eight illegal aliens from Mexico. A jogger in New York suffered rape by illegal aliens from south of the border. Illegal aliens have brought diseases into America such as thousands of cases of leprosy, tuberculosis, hepatitis ‘A" and Chagas Disease.

Eight cops in Austin, Minnesota contracted TB from illegal aliens. Thirty kids and four teachers contracted TB while going to school in Michigan a year ago. Many more suffer this disease all over the country as they contract it from unscreened illegal aliens. Over 57,000 cars were stolen in Arizona alone in 2003 by the 500,000 illegal aliens roaming that state. How do we know? They use those vehicles in people trafficking and drug smuggling operations. Fox and his citizens are not good neighbors. They don’t pretend to be. They show no respect for our land, health, laws or civility.

Fox supports the 20,000 member 18th Street Gang in Los Angeles that distributes the $120 billion annual drug trade coming out of Mexico. His army aids in the transport and distribution of drugs across the border.

The MS-13 Gang, with 8,000 members in 28 cities, operates through Mexico with help from Fox. Why? They assist each other. It would be like your neighbor getting your kids addicted to heroin while you were at work.

I could continue for hours reporting the stories of American victims of 500,000 illegal aliens residing in state and federal prisons—the ones that got caught. Each one of those felons fomented death, rape, burglary, car crashes, havoc or a lifetime of pain for an American family.

What’s more, our own president and Congress sanction Mexico’s sinister behavior. That would be like your father helping a derelict neighbor break into your house and steal your car, beat up your kids or take your money. As a matter of fact, those Mexican thieves send $15 billion of our hard currency back to Mexico annually. Other illegals return $40 billion to their countries.

What if you as an American tried to enter Mexico illegally? Forget immigration quotas, visas, international laws or respect for your neighbor. Once there, demand that the local government provide free medical care for you and your entire family. Demand they teach your kids for free as you work off the books and pay no taxes. Demand bilingual teachers, nurses and doctors. Demand free bilingual local government forms, translators and bulletins.

Procreate abundantly and drop your anchor babies in Mexico at 300,000 annually. Demand Mexico use its wealth to pay for your children. Deflect any criticism of this allegedly irresponsible reproductive behavior with, "It is a cultural United States thing." Keep your American identity strong. Fly Old Glory from your rooftop, or proudly display it in your front window or on your car bumper. Place a bumper sticker on your car that reads, "F**K YOU! THIS IS AMERICA." See how far it gets you into favor with Fox and local Mexicans.

Play the Beatles at the highest decibels possible in the middle of the night. Stack five Cadillacs in the front yard. Invite three families to live in your single dwelling home in the Mexican suburbs. Speak only English at home and in public and insist that your children do likewise.

Demand classes on American culture in the Mexican school system. Demand a local Mexican driver’s license, and if you can’t obtain one, drive illegally. While you’re at it, don’t carry insurance and if you do get into a crash, run like hell. If you do get a license by presenting fraudulent documents, this will afford other legal rights and will go far to legitimize your unauthorized, illegal presence in Mexico.

Insist that local Mexican law enforcement teach English to all its officers so they can understand you—since you won’t respect their national Spanish language. Demand that an American consulate be placed in every major city in Mexico like the Mexicans have stuck 46 consulates in American cities. Make sure they offer fraudulent American ID cards for all your fellow illegal friends so they can mix and match ID’s to foil law enforcement. However, if you should get caught for any transgressions like the 500,000 illegal aliens in American jails, hire the best attorney money can buy because you’re going to need it. If you should go to jail, enjoy your stay at Mexican taxpayer expense—bed, exercise room, TV and three squares a day.

If you moved to Mexico to do the jobs that "Mexicans won’t do," it’s certain your friendship and trustworthiness are appreciated. They will love you jabbering in English as you go about your illegal ways. Join a counter group to "La Raza" that repeats that organization’s mantra, "For the Latino Race, EVERYTHING, outside the race, nothing!" You can make up your own counter chant, which I’m positive will be a hit in Mexico.

In reality, your demands will go unheard for the next decade or you’ll soon be dead. What you demand will not happen in Mexico or any other country in the world.

But it’s happening in America where apple pie and George Bush assisted by most of the 535 members of Congress--welcome NATIONAL DISGRACE as an acceptable form of political correctness. Do you know the real definition of P.C.? "Personal catastrophe" for an individual and a nation! Write for that 28-point action letter to stop this nation-destroying madness.
