L.A. Sanctuary Status For Illegal Aliens Makes Mayor Libel For Teen's Murder

Los Angelinos know by now what happened on March 2, 2008 in Arlington Heights. Seventeen-year-old Jamiel Andre Shaw, Jr., was murdered in cold blood by Pedro Espinosa – a known illegal alien and stupid, gutless, punk, coward, thug gang member. Shaw was a promising high school football star who was considering which college he would attend this fall. Instead, he lies in a grave under a cold piece of stone engraved with his name and two dates: his birth date and his death date. He had no record of any bad habits or of associating with the wrong crowd. In fact, when he was murdered, he was on his way home heeding his father’s request to, “hurry home from the mall.” Shaw’s mother is an Army sergeant stationed in Iraq. She is currently home to bury her son – something no parent should every have to do but especially in this situation.

The sole reason for Shaw’s death is because Espinosa is hispanic and Shaw was black. Espinosa is linked to the 18th Street Gang and no doubt committed the cold-blooded murder as a rite of passage in the gang. It is no secret that hispanic on black racism is rampant in Los Angeles. Angelinos have watched as many hispanic gangs have waged genocide against blacks. And don’t fool yourself Los Angeles – whites are next. But the truly sad part of this whole story is that the mayor’s office has chosen to turn a blind eye to the issue. Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has maintained L.A.’s Sanctuary City policy allowing the most violent of vermin to walk the streets of the city with impunity. Additionally, Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca and Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton are in lock step with Mayor Villaraigosa and have refused to enforce Federal immigration law in spite of some formal displays of cooperation offered by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department.

The simple truth is this: Los Angeles is a sanctuary city where any illegal alien – hispanic or otherwise – can go and not have to worry about being asked to provide proof of their immigrant status if they are arrested for anything. So it goes that if an illegal alien is arrested for drunk driving anywhere in Los Angeles County, he or she is allowed to deal with the court concerning the DUI only. No one can look into the person’s background and see if he or she happens to be here illegally. The offender is allowed to pay the fine, do the time and then walk out of jail and go back to living life as before with absolutely no regard for American law whatsoever. Truth is that most of the time, people arrested for DUI just pay a fine and get little more than a slap on the wrist and a “Don’t do that again” admonition.

But what about Jamiel Shaw, Jr.? Pedro Espinosa is currently 19 and has been in and out of jail since he was 12. His most recent incarceration was the result of brandishing a firearm and obstructing a police officer in 2007. He was released from jail for that charge a mere one day before he callously and cold-bloodedly murdered Shaw. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials had flagged Espinosa for deportation last week, but since L.A. is a sanctuary city for illegal aliens, no one bothered to follow up on him and make sure that when he walked out of jail, he went straight back to Mexico. Of course ICE officials won’t come right out and say that it was L.A.’s sanctuary policy that let Espinosa get away, but it doesn’t take rocket science to figure that one out.

The day Espinosa got out of jail, he returned to his roots, the 18th Street Gang where, no doubt, he was welcomed back with open arms and the gun he used to kill Shaw. It was ironic that Espinosa murdered Shaw next to a tree that Shaw had helped plant in 2005 during Mayor Villaraigosa’s Million Trees initiative – as if adding one million trees to the city of Los Angeles was somehow supposed to make Angelinos forget about the crime. To add insult to injury, Mayor Villaraigosa dedicated a memorial plaque at the site where Shaw died and uttered meaningless, empty platitudes. “Senseless violence cut short Jamiel’s life before he could fulfill his promise.” Villaraigosa said, “But with this memorial, we ensure that Jamiel’s name and spirit will stay with us forever.” Yeah, yeah, yeah, blah, blah, blah. How better to remember the victim of a cold-blooded murder than to set a plaque in concrete where the victim died in his father’s arms? How about making sure that Pedro Espinosa and others like him aren’t around to commit these kinds of crimes? When police arrest someone, they need to inquire as to the person’s immigrant status, period. The first time that person is arrested if he or she is discovered to be an illegal alien, he or she is turned over to ICE for immediate deportation. Sure illegal aliens are like cockroaches – you kick them out and they keep coming back but chances are they won’t be around to commit murder. How about Los Angeles dump its sanctuary city policy and start rounding up illegal aliens and turning them over to ICE like they’re supposed to do? The way things are now, the city of Los Angeles harbors illegal alien fugitives and criminals. Could this be because the mayor wants to play favorites by keeping as many Hispanics in L.A. as he can so that he can stack the constituency and get re-elected or begin moving forward on some other political aspiration? There are rumors that his position as co-chairman of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign may come with a cabinet position should she be elected. Does this surprise anybody? Why hasn’t the local L.A. media picked up on this? Because all mainstream media in America – whether it be in LA or New York or Bedford Falls is in the tank for the Democrats and the Democrats want open border anarchy so that they can give amnesty to every illegal alien and essentially buy their support when it counts.

Opinion of the mayor of Los Angeles might be different if there were something by which one could measure his performance. But so far, Villaraigosa hasn’t really accomplished anything noteworthy. A recent article published by Judicial Watch on their website calls Villaraigosa a “Missing Mayor”. The article [1] has pointed out that Villaraigosa has been “missing in action” and has been using his taxpayer funded security and press detail while on the road stumping for Hillary Clinton. Additionally, Villaraigosa’s connections to Mecha, an extremist Mexican group have further called into question his loyalties to the city of Los Angeles as a whole – never mind his MIA status when the city is facing hard economic times that require the mayor to be in his office working for the benefit of the city and not his own wallet. Judicial Watch notes Villaraigosa’s support and encouragement of students walking out of class two years ago during the hispanic protest marches. Even the deputy mayor of Los Angeles justifies Villaraigosa’s absence as “an investment in the city’s future.” The only future in which Villaraigosa is interested in investing is Villaraigosa’s – especially if those rumors that Clinton has promised him a cabinet position should she be elected prove to be factual. Villaraigosa is listed as a Democrat in spite of the fact that the mayoral position is non-partisan. His affair last year with Telemundo reporter Mirthala Salinas [2] is a reminder that he lives up to the Democrat standard: keep your pants off. Hey, Los Angeles, see what your $193,908 per year buys you for a mayor? Bet you wish you had James Hahn back now don’t you?

The best way to memorialize Jamiel Andre Shaw, Jr., is for the citizens of Los Angeles to demand that Mayor Villaraigosa stop with the sanctuary city policy and really start cracking down on illegal aliens hiding in the city. It’s time for the people – the legal, law-abiding citizens – to take back their city from the illegal aliens who terrorize them. Mayor Villaraigosa had an opportunity to make a real difference in the city of Los Angeles, but frankly, he blew it. He spent too much time encouraging the activities of illegal aliens by ignoring them and he spent too much time working for Hillary Clinton when he should have been working for he people who pay his salary with their hard-earned tax dollars. That he uses taxpayer-funds to pay for his work with Clinton has got to be some sort of violation of Federal Election Laws. He has been derelict in his duty as mayor. Los Angeles has paid a high price for such incompetence in City Hall. Unfortunately for Jamiel Andre Shaw, Jr., the price for Villaraigosa’s selfishness and incompetence was too high.

Mom Stabs Illegal Alien Masturbating On 8-Year-Old Daughter

You can't get anymore sick than this illegal alien multiple sexual assault criminal Martin L. Gamez. He was caught by a family friend while forcing an 8-year-old girl to strip naked to the waist and kneel in front of him while he masturbated. When the mother found out she stabbed Gamez.

I applaud the mother.

I do not applaud the court system in Sheboygan that allowed this criminal illegal alien with a previous sexual assault from 2006 back on our streets on a "deferred sentence". These people need to be strung up.

A Sheboygan teen was convicted today of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl after reaching a plea agreement under which prosecutors will recommend he serve eight years in prison, said Sheboygan County District Attorney Joe DeCecco.

Martin L. Gamez, of 1212 Erie Ave., a Mexican citizen in the United States illegally, was stabbed by the girl’s mother several minutes after a family friend of the victim stopped the assault, according to a criminal complaint. The friend discovered Gamez in the early morning hours Aug. 16 masturbating behind the girl, who was kneeling on a bed naked from the waist down in her’ mother’s north-side apartment, the complaint said.

Gamez pleaded no contest today to a count of felony first-degree sexual assault of a child as part of a plea deal that dismissed a misdemeanor count of exposing genitals to a child, DeCecco said.

Gamez will be sentenced June 6 on the felony, which carries a penalty of up to 40 years in prison. He will also be sentenced that day on a count of second-degree sexual assault in a separate case, for forcing himself on a teenage girl in November 2006, court records show.

Gamez was initially given a deferred conviction agreement in that case — meaning the charge would be dismissed if he committed no further crimes for three years — but that agreement was revoked after the new charges were filed.

He faces up to 25 years in prison on the older charge. Judge Timothy Van Akkeren will hand down the sentences in both cases.

Gamez will remain in jail without bond until his sentencing.

The mother was charged with misdemeanor battery. She should have been charged with receiving a medal for defending her daughter.

Illegal aliens sentenced on immigration, fraud and identity-theft charges

DAVENPORT, Iowa - The last two of 20 former employees of a West Burlington, Iowa, concrete company were sentenced here today in U.S. District Court on immigration, identity-theft and document-fraud charges. These sentences resulted from an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The 20 former employees of Iowa Pre-Stressed Concrete (IPC) in West Burlington were illegal aliens who were indicted May 16, 2007 on various charges, including: fraud and misusing documents, using false immigration identification documents, making false statements in immigration documents, misusing a Social Security number, illegally re-entering the United States after deportation, aggravated identify theft, and falsely claiming U.S. citizenship to obtain employment. All 20 are from Mexico.

Beginning in early 2007, ICE agents began investigating IPC employees' use of bogus documents, such as Social Security cards and resident alien cards, and use of bogus identifiers, including names, Social Security numbers and alien registrations numbers, to illegally gain employment.

Following the investigation, ICE agents identified 20 aliens who had used false documents and identifiers, including identifiers stolen from other persons. On April 19, 2007, ICE agents, with assistance from the Social Security Administration's Office of Inspector General and local law enforcement agencies, executed 17 criminal arrest warrants. Three other employees were subsequently arrested.

U.S. District Court Judge John A. Jarvey imposed the following sentences:

Eleuterio Garcia-Gil, 46, pleaded guilty to misusing an immigration document and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced March 17 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Victor Manuel Peregrino-Solis, 35, pleaded guilty to making a false statement in an immigration document and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced March 17 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Sergio Guillen-Figueroa, 35, pleaded guilty to misusing a social security number and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Jan. 28 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Juan Antonio Lopez-Martinez, 28, pleaded guilty to misusing an immigration document and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Jan. 28 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Eliazar Garcia-Vega, 28, pleaded guilty to fraud and misusing documents, illegal re-entry after deportation, and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Jan. 18 to 30 months in prison.

Reinaldo Garcia-Munoz, 21, pleaded guilty to fraud and misusing documents, misusing a Social Security number, and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Jan. 18 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Carmelo Moreira-Martinez, 20, pleaded guilty to making false statements in an immigration document, falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen to gain employment, misusing a Social Security number, and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Jan. 18 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Ezequiel Oronia-Vera, 31, pleaded guilty to fraud and misusing documents, and was found guilty of aggravated identity theft at a bench trial before U.S. District Court Judge John Jarvey. He was sentenced Jan. 18 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Adalberto Ayala-Fuentes, 23, pleaded guilty to misusing a Social Security number and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Dec. 17, 2007 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Jesus Quiroz-Lopez, 24, pleaded guilty to misusing a Social Security number and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Dec. 17, 2007 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Jose Javier Munoz-Camarillo, 54, pleaded guilty to misusing a Social Security number and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Dec. 17, 2007 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Lorenzo Garcia-Ignocencio, 47, pleaded guilty to misusing a Social Security number and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Dec. 17, 2007 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Jose Martinez-Hernandez, 28, pleaded guilty to misusing a Social Security number and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Dec. 17, 2007 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Pablo Lopez-Martinez, 20, pleaded guilty to misusing a Social Security number and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Dec. 17, 2007 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Juan Gabriel Garcia-Vasquez, 23, pled guilty to misusing a Social Security number and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Dec. 17, 2007 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Jesus Munoz-Lopez, 33, pleaded guilty to fraud and misusing documents and aggravated identity theft. He was sentenced Dec. 10, 2007 to 24 months and one day in prison.

Daniel Ayala, 27, pleaded guilty to fraud and misusing documents. He was sentenced Nov. 26, 2007 to time served. Ayala was remanded to ICE custody for removal proceedings.

Francisco Raul NaJera-Gonzalez, 24, pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud and misusing documents and was sentenced Nov. 26, 2007 to time served. NaJera-Gonzalez was remanded to ICE custody for removal proceedings.

Ruben Moncada-Munoz, 28, pleaded guilty to fraud and misusing documents, and was sentenced Nov. 26, 2007 to time served. He was remanded to ICE custody for removal proceedings.

Adelino Nunez-Martinez, 38, pleaded guilty to fraud and misusing documents, and misuse of a Social Security number. He was sentenced Oct. 11, 2007 to time served. Nunez-Martinez was remanded to ICE custody for removal proceedings.

All these aliens are processed for deportation following their release from prison.

These cases were prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Iowa. The investigation was conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Social Security Administration Office of Inspector General, the Burlington Police Department, and the West Burlington Police Department.

NJ Illegal Alien from Mexico Charged in Murder of Two Children

TOMS RIVER — An illegal immigrant from Mexico was sentenced this morning to two, consecutive life terms in prison for murdering the children of a Stafford Township family that took him into their home.

In addition, Superior Court Judge Barbara Ann Villano sentenced Richard Toledo to 30 years in prison for kidnapping the children’s mother, telling her that her boys were fine but threatening their safety if she didn’t do what he said while, all along, he knew the boys were dead.

“All of this is so cruel and depraved that it is almost beyond comprehension,” Villano said in sentencing the 23-year-old defendant during an emotional, tearful proceeding that spanned about an hour and a half.

Toledo will never be eligible for release on parole for the murder of Zabdiel Gonzalez because the boy was 7 years old when Toledo killed him with a clawhammer in his family’s home on Middie Lane in the Manahawkin section of Stafford Township on Jan. 19, 2006.

Toledo pleaded guilty Feb. 8 to the murders of Zabdiel and his brother Karlo, 14, and to kidnapping the mother of the boys, Wanda Gonzalez, after he brutally beat both boys to death with the clawhammer.

“‘I still do not know what it was that we did to that man to merit such an act of hatred,” said Carlos Gonzalez, the boys’ father, while Toledo hung his head, never glancing at the survivors of his victims.

“‘We fed him. We put a roof over his head,” Carlos Gonzalez said of Toledo. “‘We treated him as family. When he was out of work, we did not ask for anything from him and gave him understanding.”

First Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor Ronald F. DeLigny said robbery was the motive. The Gonzalez family had a large amount of money in their bank account from a recent refinance of the mortgage on their home. Toledo forced Wanda Gonzalez at knifepoint to withdraw $500 from an automated teller machine - the maximum amount the machine would dispense - before driving north on the Garden State Parkway, where the woman escaped when Toledo stopped for gas at the Monmouth Service Area in Wall.

“I want you to look into my face and tell me - why my children?” Wanda Gonzalez said to Toledo during the sentencing.

Toledo continued to hang his head toward the floor.

“‘How could there be people who would be able to take the life of two children, and how can I continue living without them by my side?” the boy’s mother said.

“‘The murder of children is the most unspeakable crime,” Villano told the children’s parents. “‘I can only hope you have the strength to recover.”

Although Toledo cannot be considered for release on parole for his sentence for the murder of Zabdiel, he is subject to the state’s No Early Release Act, requiring a prisoner to serve 85 percent of a term before parole consideration, for Karlo’s murder and for the mother’s kidnapping.

Villano ordered the prison term for the kidnapping be served consecutive to the sentences for the two murders.
