"There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile...We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language...and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people." --Theodore Roosevelt

"This nation is in danger of becoming a Third World nightmare with all the corruption, disease, illiteracy, violence and balkanization known all over the world. We need a 10-year moratorium on all immigration to catch our collective breath and we need deportation of over 10 million illegal aliens in a slow and orderly fashion." --Ed Garrison

“The 1987 amnesty was a failure; rather than reducing illegal immigration, it led to an increase,” FAIR stated. “Any new amnesty measure will further weaken respect for our immigration laws. Therefore, all amnesty measures must be defeated.” --Frosty Wooldridge

This is your nation and this is your time to take action.

US city overrun by illegal aliens declares bankruptcy

Sanctuary city has declared bankruptcy. Disbanded police force and fired all other public employees after being forced into bankruptcy.

Mexican flag flies at Maywood, Calif., post office.

The city of Maywood, Calif., hit the budget wall after it decided not only to be a sanctuary city, but to be a completely "safe haven" for illegal aliens seeking protection from deportation.

Maywood is a small town comprising only about 1.2 square miles on the southern border of Los Angeles. More than 96 percent of its residents are Hispanic. The town's official population is listed at 29,000 but may be nearly 45,000 when illegal aliens living in Maywood are counted.

In January 2006, Maywood's city council passed a resolution declaring that the city would not enforce any federal law such as H.R. 4557 that sought to declare illegal immigrants to be felons.

Coming soon to a city near you with Obama's blessing and the Federal government's refusal to uphold our laws against illegal immigration.

And of course, with our President Obama saying states don't have a right to create and enforce our own illegal immigration laws.

Illegal immigrants and terrorists... they want what we have here. They want our resources. And they want us to just.. go away so they can take over.

Tennessee Passes New Immigration Law, Follows Arizona’s Footsteps

Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen (D) signed a bill yesterday [June 28, 2010] that creates provisions similar to, but less harsh than, those of SB 1070, including requiring city and county jails in the state to report any person who may be in violation of immigration laws to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
A decision that follows recent state and local crackdowns on undocumented immigration — particularly Arizona’s SB 1070 and a Nebraska town’s vote to limit job and housing opportunities to undocumented immigrants — Bredesen’s vote for Tennessee’s House bill 670 isn’t surprising.

A Nashville Public Radio article also points out that a recent poll claims most Tennesseans favor laws like the ones House bill 670 puts into place.

“When Tennesseans were asked if they would support a law like Arizona’s, 60 percent said yes,” writes Emily Tseng of Nashville Public Radio. “Then, pollsters asked about a key provision of the law, whether police should be required to check the immigration status of a suspected illegal immigrant they’ve stopped. When Arizona wasn’t mentioned, support jumped to 79 percent.”

Tennessee also has a history of laws cracking down on undocumented immigrants. In 2007, lawmakers proposed over 40 changes to state law that targeted undocumented immigrants. That same year, Bredesen signed a bill that allows the state to deny, suspend or revoke the employers’ business licenses if they knowingly employ undocumented immigrants. Earlier this month, Bredesen allowed a resolution that applauded Arizona on their new immigration to pass without his signature.

The basis of the Tennessee law is clearly not as harsh as Arizona’s. After all, Tennessee’s provision focuses on questioning the immigration status of only those actually arrested. But under the bill, local law enforcement agencies are even required to contact federal immigration officials if the citizenship of a person in custody can not be confirmed within three days — something that concerns civil rights groups because it could potentially affect Americans who simply aren’t able to produce evidence of their legal status. The bill does, however, require the state to develop of a standardized procedure for verifying the citizenship status of anyone who’s arrested.

Sponsored by two Republicans, the legislation first passed the House in May 2009, but it died in the Senate. It was called up for a floor vote in May this year, and it finally passed in early June. The ACLU and the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition had previously asked Bredesen, who has said he does have some concerns, to veto the bill. HB 670 will go into effect Jan. 1, 2011.

Cops: Man killed crying 2-year-old during World Cup game

McALLEN, Texas (AP) — A Texas man was charged with capital murder Monday night after police said he beat his 2-year-old stepdaughter to death when she wouldn't stop crying as he watched a World Cup match.

Hector Castro, 27, of McAllen was arrested Saturday and scheduled to be arraigned Monday in municipal court. He told police that the toddler wouldn't stop crying while he was watching the U.S.-Ghana game on Saturday, McAllen Police Chief Victor Rodriguez told The McAllen Monitor.

The girl was severely beaten, and police said a screw or bolt was forced down her throat in an apparent attempt to make it look like she accidentally choked.

"There are no words for this," Rodriguez said. "It makes you want to think about doing lots of things to this guy, but he will face the criminal justice system just like everybody else."

Castro, who was in the U.S. illegally, implicated himself in the girl's death in a confession he gave to investigators, Rodriguez said. The toddler suffered several cracked ribs.

Four other children who lived at Castro's apartment in McAllen were placed into the custody of Child Protective Services, Rodriguez said. There was no word on where the child's mother was at the time of the child's death.

McAllen is just north of the U.S.-Mexico border at the southern tip of Texas.

Video - Savage pushes rumors of "Hitler-like executive order" for amnesty for "illegal alien criminals"

Dear Mr. obama: Deport illegal aliens, defend the border…’healthcare crisis’ will end

With the heated debate over government health care reform raging, while our insurance premiums and co-pays are rapidly rising, the number one culprit behind out-of-control health care costs is being ignored. Along with a host of other crimes, illegal aliens are stealing health care for which the rest of us must pay.

The enormous bills which illegal aliens leave unpaid at American hospitals, leaves those hospitals with two choices: They can either distribute those costs among their paying customers, or operate annually at a loss and eventually close their doors.

In 2003, the American Southwest saw 77 hospitals enter bankruptcy due to unpaid medical bills incurred by illegal aliens. Over the last several years, a staggering 84 hospitals in California alone have been forced out of business due to the growing crisis. Hospitals which manage to remain open, pass the unpaid costs onto the rest of us, which translates into more out-of-pocket expenses and higher insurance premiums for Americans.

Everyday, pregnant Mexican and Central American women on the verge of giving birth, make their way across the U.S. border to have their baby in an American hospital. These children become infamous "Anchor Babies" so prized by their criminal parents. Once the child is born on American soil, he or she instantly attains U.S. citizenship. Not only are the parents almost always allowed to stay, but since they have no income, the baby is eligible for welfare, WIC, Food Stamps, etc.--all at the expense of the great American taxpayer.

At one of North Carolina’s Goshen Medical Centers, nursing assistant Jessica Roberts told USAToday in 2008, about an illegal alien who arrived more than eight months pregnant with her eighth child!

There are 350,000 of these so-called Anchor Babies born in the U.S. every year. It is estimated that they consume $118 billion annually in government services.

A 2007 March of Dimes survey placed the average cost of an uncomplicated, vaginal birth in a U.S. hospital at $8,800, with the average cost of a cesarean birth at $11,000.

Of course, these hospitals have no choice but to treat these women along with their newborn babies. However, the bills racked-up in the process always go unpaid.

According to a 2000 report by the United States/Mexico Border Counties Coalition, counties along the Mexican border lost over $800 million in health care services, at least 25% of that could be attributed to unpaid bills incurred by illegal aliens.

The American border states currently shoulder the brunt of the burden, for instance the Texas state comptroller estimates illegal aliens cost hospitals $1.3 billion in 2006 alone.

In California, a 2004 study conducted by FAIR (the Federation for American Immigration Reform) placed the now bankrupt state's annual cost for treating illegal aliens at $1.4 billion.

But with the spread of illegal immigration now throughout the U.S., the same such studies in 2005 found that health care costs for illegal aliens in Colorado and Minnesota were $31 million and $17 million, respectively.

In recent years, North Carolina has seen an explosion in the state’s illegal alien population, as well as sky-rocketing medical costs. According to a University of North Carolina study, one in four new residents to the state from 1990 to 2004 was an illegal alien. The Pew Hispanic Center claims there are now more than 300,000 illegal aliens living in North Carolina.

In 2008, Jeff Spade, vice president of the North Carolina Hospital Association told USAToday: "It's exploded the amount for hospitals, the burden of the uninsured immigrant is huge. It's exploded the amount of work that they have to do."

A March 2007 article in the Journal of the American Medical Association claimed that during the period 2001-2004, emergency Medicaid costs for illegal aliens rose by 28% in North Carolina.

Duplin General Hospital in Kanansville, NC, now faces a rather bleak financial future due to the large influx of illegal aliens, and their unpaid medical bills. CEO Harvey Case recently addressed the hospital’s lack of profits, when he said: "We're living off reserves."

U.S. hospitals often seek help for the unpaid bills as well as with transportation back to Mexico from the Mexican Consulate offices. However, the Mexican government rarely even arranges flights for their severely injured citizens to return home.

The illegal alien patient usually ends up staying in the hospital for weeks or months, with the hospital usually paying for a flight home, along with the enormous unpaid bill.

A 2008 New York Times article told the incredible story of a1999 Florida car crash which left Guatemalan national Luis Alberto Jimenez's with severe and permanent physical and mental injuries. After spending more than $1 million on Jimenez’s treatment, and failed attempts to secure assistance from the government of Guatemala, the Florida hospital eventually paid to fly Jimenez back to his own country.

The incredible part of the story…Jimenez is now suing the Florida hospital, which he now says “falsely imprisoned” him and deported him against his will, to avoid anymore unpaid medical bills.

We have been told by our government that the number of illegal aliens currently inside the U.S. is about 12 million. However, we have been given this same figure for the last seven years, and even then that figure was considered very low by those who have studied the problem of illegal immigration.

With close to one million crossing our border with Mexico illegally every year, the number of course, is much higher than 12 million. Just like American citizens, illegal aliens get sick, they get injured, and they give birth. However, unlike most Americans, illegal aliens do not pay any portion of their medical bills. Many use fake or stolen Social Security numbers, as well as aliases and move back and forth across our unprotected without detection.

Of course, we know that nothing in life is free, someone has to pay for it. Hospitals are not the federal government, therefore they cannot simply print money out of thin air to cover their expenses. So, all of the bills left unpaid by this country’s illegal aliens are being paid by all of us who pay for our own healthcare, as well as through our federal and state income taxes.

Though President Obama will never mention this hard truth, if we simply ordered all illegal aliens out of the country and deported the ones who refused the order, as well as place our military along the border…Healthcare costs would stop rising and could even drop.

We do not need a government takeover of the best healthcare system in the world, nor do we need an amnesty bill for illegal aliens (a.k.a Comprehensive Immigration Reform), we only need to defend our border and expel those here illegally.

It’s really very simple…Put an end to illegal immigration, and you put an end to the ‘healthcare crisis.’

O'Reilly: obama Could Face Impeachment If He Pardons Illegal Aliens

Fox News' Bill O'Reilly is warning that if President Barack Obama ever bypasses Congress and uses his pardon power to make millions of illegal aliens citizens, he could face serious calls for his impeachment.

“If President Obama were to sign an executive order giving illegal aliens amnesty, his career would be over and an impeachment movement would explode,” O'Reilly said Friday night on his “Talking Points” segment during his top-rated Fox show.

At the same time, O'Reilly said he did not believe reports that the Obama administration would grant such a blanket amnesty.

Fox News, however, reported this week: “The Obama administration has been holding behind-the-scenes talks to determine whether the Department of Homeland Security can unilaterally grant legal status on a mass basis to illegal immigrants, a former Bush administration official who spoke with at least three people involved in those talks told FoxNews.com.”

The Department of Homeland Security estimates that at least 10.8 million illegal immigrants are living in the United States.

During his 2008 campaign, Obama promised pro-immigration and Hispanic groups that he would make an amnesty program a top priority. But such a plan has taken a back seat in favor of other Obama legislative initiatives, including healthcare and financial regulation reform.

With congressional elections fast approaching, both the legislative calendar and the climate for new immigration legislation appears to offer immigration legislation a slim chance of passing this year.

Republicans, led by Arizona Sen. John McCain, have been angered that Obama has done little to secure the U.S.-Mexico border, and have made that a prerequisite condition before any discussion of immigration reform can take place.

Reports that the Obama administration is weighing ways to circumvent Congress have Republicans worried. On Monday, eight Republican senators sent the president a letter saying they are concerned that he will grant unilateral amnesty to America's illegal immigrant population if his efforts to overhaul current U.S. policy fail in Congress.

The letter called on Obama to abandon any attempt to "unilaterally extend either deferred action or parole to millions of illegal aliens in the United States. Such a move would further erode the American public's confidence in the federal government and its commitment to securing the borders and enforcing the laws already on the books."

The eight senators who signed the letter were Charles Grassley of Iowa, Orrin Hatch of Utah, David Vitter of Louisiana, Jim Bunning of Kentucky, Saxby Chambliss of Georgia, Johnny Isakson of Georgia, James Inhofe of Oklahoma and Thad Cochran of Mississippi.

GOP Rep. Steve King of Iowa told Fox News that the White House has solicited opinions from experts on possible avenues for granting "amnesty for a large number of people."

A former Bush administration official also told Fox News that talks on the subject have been held by Obama officials who are "studying legal ways to legalize people without having to go through any congressional debate about it."

Republicans believe that Obama is anxious to grant citizenship to millions of illegals so he can add millions of new Democratic voters to the electoral rolls, ensuring his re-election in 2012 and tipping the national balance of power in favor of Democratic candidates for the foreseeable future.

O’Reilly also criticized the Obama administration for its lax treatment of the illegal alien issue, noting that Obama had appointed Harold Hurrt to be the liaison between the federal government and states over the increasingly contentious issue of illegal immigration.

Hurrt is the former police chief of Houston and Phoenix, and O'Reilly says he is “outwardly sympathetic to illegal aliens. As [police] chief, he refused to enforce federal immigration law. Now Hurrt is a federal immigration official? Come on, that's insane.”

Hurrt's appointment “proves that the president is extremely left on the immigration issue,” O'Reilly said.

Illegal Alien Hotel Employee In Tennessee Admits Murdering Hotel Customer

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A young man has admitted killing an Alabama woman and accepted a plea deal that requires him to spend 51 years in prison.

The Knoxville News Sentinel reports that Valentino Vasquez Miranda, a 20-year-old Mexican who is in the U.S. illegally and does not speak English, signed the deal Thursday and is awaiting a judge’s approval.

Miranda was working at a Knoxville Days Inn in September 2008 when guest Jennifer Hampton of Waterloo, Ala., disappeared. Police believe Miranda used a master key to enter the room.

The 21-year-old former homecoming queen was raped and strangled and her nude body was found in a lake several days later.

Ariz. gov: Most illegal aliens smuggling drugs

PHOENIX — Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said Friday most illegal immigrants entering Arizona are being used to transport drugs across the border.

Brewer said the motivation of "a lot" of the illegal immigrants is to enter the United States to look for work, but that drug rings press them into duty as drug "mules."

"I believe today, under the circumstances that we're facing, that the majority of the illegal trespassers that are coming into the state of Arizona are under the direction and control of organized drug cartels and they are bringing drugs in," Brewer said.

"There's strong information to us that they come as illegal people wanting to come to work. Then they are accosted and they become subjects of the drug cartel," she said.

Brewer spoke Friday when asked about comments she made in a recent election debate among Republican candidates for governor.

She said during the June 15 debate that she believed that most illegal immigrants were not entering the United States for work. She then associated illegal immigrants with drug smuggling, drop houses, extortion and other criminal activity.

Brewer on April 23 signed a controversial new state immigration enforcement law that will take effect July 29 unless blocked by a court. Five legal challenges are already pending in federal court already, and the U.S. Justice Department may file its own challenge.

The Arizona law requires police officers enforcing another law to question a person's immigration status if there's a reasonable suspicion that he or she is in the country illegally.

Illegal Alien Child Molester Caught Using False Passport at O'Hare Airport

Chicago - A previously deported Mexican national convicted of child molestation was caught using a false U.S. passport at O’Hare Airport on Thursday night.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped a suspicious traveler arriving from Mexico at O’Hare Airport Thursday night. The man was using a genuine U.S. passport that had someone else’s identity, according to a release from CBP.

The man was unable to answer basic questions and became very nervous, prompting officers to check his fingerprints against an FBI database. It showed he had been deported and had an extensive criminal history under several aliases, the release said.

The man had previously been sentenced to six years in prison for lewd and lascivious acts with a child, and had also been arrested for rape, taking indecent liberties with a child, indecent exposure, obstruction of justice and several DUIs, the release said.

The passport was genuine and bore the man's picture with another person’s name and date of birth, the release said.

obama’s amnesty for illegal aliens will bring us deadly and costly diseases

The thought is disturbing but must be faced: barack obama’s administration is rapidly coming apart.

Each day he’s being exposed as an incompetent fraud and it’s driving him to be increasingly reckless and dangerous. He’s quickly morphing into something resembling a wounded animal.

Now we’re hearing rumors obama is about to use an executive order to grant amnesty to millions of illegal aliens so they can vote Marxist/Democrat in November. This will preserve obama’s power, and stress the healthcare system enough to stampede Americans into his single payer scheme.

As serious as this attack on our liberties will be, amnesty will also bring death and infirmity to our midst. Illegal aliens bring deadly diseases.

In California, a state soaked with illegals, there’s a Whooping cough epidemic. The number of cases of this contagious disease, which is deadly to babies, is moving toward a 60 year high. Is there any doubt this disease has been brought to us by illegal aliens?

obama Has Secret Plans to Grant Amnesty Through Executive Order

This fall's midterm elections are going to be very painful for Congressional Democrats and there's a good chance that the Democrats may lose their majority in both houses. But that fear may be all but eliminated if the undocumented President Obama grants an executive order of amnesty for America's 12-20 million illegal aliens. Eight Republican Senators are warning that Obama is planning to legalize current illegal immigrants, which would easily erase any worries that Democrats may have about losing power this fall.

COME ONE, COME ALL

Other than being a great title for a porno, the Obama White House needs to find a way to make their radical agenda a reality, and amnesty for over 12 million illegal citizens will help them achieve their goal. By issuing an executive order, Obama circumvents Congress to get what he wants - again, it's always about Obama. This is not confirmed, but "sources close to the Democratic leadership" said top officials are working with Homeland Security to determine whether the agency could grant amnesty.

We found out the other day from Senator Jon Kyl (R - AZ) that Obama is purposely holding border security hostage because he knows if he protects the border and it's not attached to comprehensive immigration reform, Obama won't get support from Republicans any such bill. Protecting the border doesn't yield any political gain for Obama, which is why he's not touching it unless he can get something in return, which fits his narcissistic personality.

The mere fact that there are serious reports about this is beyond scary - it means we truly have a government by fiat. Chairman Obama is the closest thing to a dictator that America has ever had, and this move, even the notion of this move, only solidifies that statement.

When the government is afraid of the people, you have liberty. But when the people are afraid of the government, you have tyranny. And that's exactly what's going on in America. The laws don't matter to Obama - he does what he wants, illegal or not. Passing amnesty for illegals could push Americans to some sort of a revolution, hopefully non-violent, but this administration has really tested the limits of its country's citizens.

When the federal government doesn't listen to the public, but rather their cronies and special interest groups, the people are going to revolt in one form or another.

ARIZONA ILLEGAL ALIENS FIGHTING NEW LAW TOOTH AND NAIL

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer vowed to sign SB 1070 to bring sweeping change to the illegal immigration crisis in that desert state. At the same time, because the bill proves very effective, illegal aliens and their advocates condemned it with much name calling.

Barack Obama called the Arizona bill "misguided."

Unfortunately, much like his predecessor George W. Bush, Obama, after one year in office, failed to secure the Mexican/US border. Thousands of illegal continue crossing nightly.

Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon said, "It´s a hateful attempt to see whether Russell Pearce or Joe Arpaio can be the toughest person in the world."

"There's going to be political consequences, there will be economical consequences," said Latino activist Carlos. "There will be a lot of consequences on the part of our community."

However, Arizona citizens said they cannot continue living in a lawless state where citizens must fend for their lives every day. Illegal aliens disrupt schools, overwhelm hospitals and spill out of Arizona prisons. Over a week ago, an illegal alien migrant shot Arizona rancher Rob Krentz to death in a brutal execution. In the last few years, Arizona police officers, like Nick Erfle, suffer death at the hands of illegals.

"I've heard your concerns about immigration reform, I understand what the issues are and how important they are to all of us," said Governor Brewer.

On Thursday, Brewer again called for more troops along the state's border with Mexico.

"The Republican governor ordered a re-allocation of state National Guard and law enforcement resources and called on the federal government to deploy National Guard troops as hundreds of Hispanics protested the bill at the State Capitol complex," said journalist Jim Cross.

Arizona with 460,000 illegal immigrants provides the nation's busiest illegal border crossing point. Thousands of illegals cross every night and pickup points provide them with instant transfers around the United States. On average, illegal migrants drop eight pounds of trash and clothing as they exit the desert. Pickup points resemble city landfills loaded with garbage. Additionally, they leave tons of human waste, plastic, backpacks, bottles, cans, food and drugs. They break into Arizona ranchers´ homes and vandalize property.

"This bill was introduced many months ago, any additional delay is unacceptable. Failure to act exposes Arizona law enforcement officers, citizens, and their property to further harm," said State Treasurer Dean Martin.

State Senator Russell Pearce said, "Our attorney Chris Kobach made this bill bullet proof. Even Senator John McCain urged Governor Brewer to sign it. We need to bring back the rule of law and respect for the U.S. Constitution in Arizona. This law will do the job."

Day laborers ``are not criminals,'' said the Rev. Gerald Kicanas, bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson. ``These are human beings who want to provide for their families and contribute to our society.''

Unfortunately, day laborers steal jobs from Arizona citizens, while, at the same time, they undercut wages for lawful citizens. Additionally, illegal aliens do not pay taxes as they enjoy payment under the table. Their children overwhelm Arizona schools, and anchor babies by Mexican mothers force U.S. taxpayers to pay K-12 for education, ESL courses, medical care and ´free´ breakfast and lunch programs. Over 57,000 vehicles suffer theft annually in the Phoenix area—virtually all by illegal aliens.

Finally, the underground economy includes ID theft, ID forgeries, income tax evasion, fraudulent Earned Income Tax Credits applications, drunken driving, no licenses, no insurance and total chaos within police departments in Arizona.

"Pearce´s bill will create sweeping change and restore the rule of law," said one Arizona citizen. "We´re tired of the lawlessness across our state."

Illegal Aliens are Career Criminals

The attraction to America is undeniable, but those who are attracted aren’t always just looking for a better way of life. I had the opportunity to speak with a Border Patrol officer in Southern California who wished to remain anonymous. He spoke about the threat illegal immigration imposes on Americans. Many agree that illegal immigration directly correlates to the lack of jobs available, high medical costs, overpopulated prisons, poor education, congested freeways and higher crime rates. These are only a few of the results produced by illegal immigration, but fixing these issues is vital for the future of America.

When it comes to whom illegal immigrants are, the Border Patrol officer says “There are a certain amount of people in the group that are just looking for a better life. They’re hardworking people and they are coming here to do what people have done for many, many years, come here for opportunity. But there’s also a certain amount of those people that are career criminals, you know… they’re trying to manipulate the system. They just come here and break laws, not pay taxes, and benefit from all the public programs and that type of stuff.”

The amount of illegal aliens who break laws will never be known for sure, but those that were caught provide some pretty terrifying insight. The Government Accountability Office, (GAO), released a study it conducted in 2005 of 55,322 incarcerated illegal aliens. The study population averaged 8 arrests each...97% had more than one arrest and an astonishing 26% had over eleven arrests. This only included crimes committed in the US. How many crimes they each committed in their country of origin are unknown.

Each illegal alien in the study averaged 13 offenses and 24% of those offenses were for drug crimes. About 12% were for murder, robbery, assault and sexually related crimes. 21% of offenses were immigration offenses. The other offenses included property related offenses, traffic violations, fraud and obstruction of justice.

“The illegal aliens that we catch have priors like driving under the influence, domestic violence...those two are like a dime a dozen,” the Border Patrol officer said. The GAO study found that 80% of all arrests occurred in California, Texas and Arizona. California accounted for 58% of the total amount of illegal aliens arrested. And, by 2009, an additional 910,000 illegal aliens had entered the US, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

If you think that getting arrested and deported is a deterrent for illegal immigrants, you are highly mistaken. Wayne Cornelius, director of the Center for Comparative Immigration Studies at UC San Diego said, "Even if they are caught, they try again until they are successful," at a congressional hearing on immigration held in San Diego in 2006.

It might not be as hard as you think to get through the American borders either. "Our research shows that 92 to 97 percent of them succeed on the first or second try," Cornelius said.

When asked if after being deported illegal aliens stay out of America, The Border Patrol officer agrees, “No, they’re gonna try again and again until they finally make it.”

Illegal aliens arrested for less serious crimes often don’t show up to their court hearings either. According to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, at the end of fiscal year 2008, there were 557,762 fugitive alien cases left unsolved.

As the Border Patrol officer mentioned, many of the illegal aliens come to America to benefit from programs such as our health care system. California's border counties incurred $79 million in emergency care for illegal aliens, the highest cost in the country according the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). Under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act, hospitals with emergency rooms are required to treat and stabilize patients with emergency medical needs regardless of whether or not they are in the country legally or whether they are able to pay for the treatment.

The closer the proximity of a hospital to the US border the more susceptible it is to a high rate of illegal aliens seeking medical care. Tony Struthers, hospital administrator for Saddleback Memorial Medical Center San Clemente says, “People can come up here and get care pretty easily from Mexico. The law says you can’t ask, you gotta take care of them. You gotta provide a screening and stabilize that patient. If you don’t we can get fined and lose our license,” says Struthers.

Struthers used to work in Arizona and he fully understands the added strain from states with high illegal immigration rates. “Border states absolutely there’s more of an issue because once again we are required to take care of [illegal aliens]. Of anyone who shows up,” he adds.
FAIR estimated the medical cost of treating illegal immigrants in California in 2004 to be $1.5 billion. Today that figure would be much higher. And it is those people who currently have health insurance that foot the bill.
“We are required to treat them, but the government is not required to pay for them, so the only way we can recover that is to raise our rates higher for those people that do have insurance,” says Struthers.

If you have health insurance and you are treated at a hospital, “You’re paying for those who came before you who didn’t have insurance,” he says. Those who came before you aren’t always American citizens.
For hospitals, rising costs have become an escalating problem. And while hospitals close to US borders see a larger amount of illegal aliens utilizing their facilities Struthers says, “Illegal immigration is just a subset of that bigger problem.”

There are an estimated 822 illegal aliens crossing the US borders on a daily basis according to the Center for Immigration Studies. Many of them are entering America for jobs, some for health services, some to commit crimes and transport drugs, and a few for other reasons. One of those reasons that should be a major concern for US citizens is terrorism.

The Border Patrol officer says, “We don’t only deal with Mexicans. We deal with people from El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras. You know, any country, you name it. A lot of ‘em come through Mexico because that’s just the way it works. They get themselves to Mexico and they try to get smuggled north from there.” The only way to know who is crossing the US border illegally is to catch them, bring them to the Border Patrol station and identify them. Open borders mean easy access for those who plan attacks on American soil.

When it comes to terrorism the Border Patrol officer says, “That’s one of our big concerns.” He mentions that ever since 9/11, The Border Patrol has tightened their procedures.

When it comes to our borders, “They are more secure than they were 10 years ago, that’s for damn sure. But It could be better and hopefully it will be better,“ the officer says.

Decreasing the incentives for illegal immigrants to come to America by cracking down on employers who hire them and taking away taxpayer-funded benefits is a good way to reduce the flow of illegal immigration. The Border Patrol officer explains that we need to increase internal checkpoints. He said that once illegal aliens get far enough north, they no longer encounter immigration checkpoints and are home free. He also believes having military at our borders would increase our chances of keeping America and Americans safe. Amnesty, on the other hand, attracts more illegal aliens and more crime.

It is time for the US government to support our Border Patrol officers and tighten our illegal immigration policies in order to provide a safer country for us all. Arizona recently passed a law outlining a more stringent policy when dealing with illegal immigrants. Results from a bipartisan poll by Lake Research Partners and Public Opinion Strategies, conducted for America's Voice, showed that 84% of voters supported the new law while only 12% opposed it. American citizens know that our Border Patrol officers are heroes.

The Border Patrol officer explained that in order for him to stay positive he must refrain from reading the press or watching the news, “It doesn’t seem like the government cares,” he said. He feels as though the media demonizes him and shows him as a “destroyer of dreams.” As a result of the media’s negative attention, he feels as though many citizens whom he works to protect on a daily basis oppose his efforts.

The Border Patrol officer says, “We are spending all this money to keep us safe abroad and forgetting to keep ourselves protected here at home.” Luckily he and his coworkers have been working hard to protect us. Now it is time to support what these heroes are trying to accomplish. They are stopping terrorists, drug dealers, rapists, murderers, and more. The least we can do is thank them.

Ted Nugent; Remember the Alamo

It's easy to understand why Mexico President Felipe Calderon spoke out against Arizona's new immigration law, if you follow the money.

Illegal immigrants in America send roughly $1 billion in untaxed U.S. dollars a month back to Mexico. Without this money, Mexico would collapse. Oh wait a minute, Mexico is collapsed, which is why Mexico is worse off than Detroit and that Mexicans want to get the hell out of Mexico.

What is ironic is that Mexico enforces the same basic immigration law on its Southern border with Guatemala as Arizona's new immigration law, which few in the Obama Administration have actually read, but are vehemently opposed to even though Arizona's immigration law is actually not as stringent as the federal government's immigration law which no one in Obama Administration wants to enforce.

The reason the Obama Administration does not want to enforce our immigration laws is that they want to make Democratic slaves (voters) of these illegal immigrants by granting them amnesty. When President Calderon addressed Congress and condemned Arizona's immigration law, the Democrats stood and applauded. Watching that ugly spectacle was a sad and embarrassing moment for America.

Unlike the Obama Administration and the Democrats in Congress, the majority of Americans support Arizona's new law and believe illegal immigration is a problem that will not be solved by granting millions of illegals undeserved legal status. Just like healthcare reform, the Obama Administration is once again grossly out-of-step with logic and the American people as it pertains to illegal immigration.

Reasonable people can debate what to do about immigration, but what is an undeniable truth is that illegal immigration is wreaking financial havoc on the American healthcare system, already bloated and wasteful social welfare programs and criminal justice systems in border states, and, as always, the American taxpayers are getting stuck with this very expensive bill.

Sticking American taxpayers with the bill for illegal immigration because Fedzilla (the federal government) does not want to enforce our immigration laws is condemnable and arrogant. Don't forget this when you enter the voting booth this November and forever more.

If we can put a man on the moon we can surely stop the invasion of illegal immigrants pouring across our porous border. What our federal government lacks is the political will to stop the invasion.

Make no mistake, we have been invaded by 10 million to 15 million illegals and we have virtually done nothing to stop it. And we are a supposedly a nation that believes in the rule of law? Yeah, and I play lead banjo in a Hee Haw documentary.

Just because there are people such as myself who believe we should enforce our immigration laws and who support Arizona's immigration law does not make us racists or jingoists as some racists and jingoists try to portray us to be. Attempting to smear someone as being racist when they are not is real and vicious racism on parade for everyone to witness.

I have no problem whatsoever with the Mexican people. My phenomenal bass player, Marco Mendoza, is Mexican. Like Marco and everyone who craves the American Dream, if I lived in Mexico I would do whatever I could to escape that Third World hell-hole to provide a better life for my family. But I'm not a Mexican. I'm an American.

What I take umbrage with are those who believe we should open our borders and virtually allow anyone in America. If you want more illegals in America, just provide the ones already here with legal status. Wrong approach.

Not only does illegal immigration tremendously impact our social services, but I also believe, and statistics prove, that our porous Southern border is an open invitation for any terrorist punk to walk into America carrying a chemical, biological or other weapon of mass destruction.

Fedzilla has one primary responsibility to the American people: Protect our borders and keep our people safe. So far, so bad. It is time for we the people to raise a new level of hell, demanding our government perform its duties and take whatever means necessary to stop the invasion. Fences, National Guard and orders to halt the law breakers. Now would be a good time.

illegal alien gets 50 years for dumping baby in the thrash

On Thursday, in a Harris County courtroom, Genny Granados, 31, was sentenced to 50 years in prison for murder, after leaving her infant son in a Houston emergency room bathroom trash can.

According to prosecutors, sometime around midnight Feb. 9, 2008, Granados, who denied being pregnant, gave birth to a baby boy in an emergency room bathroom at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital.

She cut the umbilical cord herself, dumped the infant into the trash, and left.

A custodian later found the baby.

Doctors revived the infant, and placed him on life support. The baby was found to be brain-dead and died 11 days later.

At her arraignment, prosecutor Kelli Johnson said of Granados: “She has such little respect for human life that she tells no one, to my knowledge, that she was pregnant. She goes to the hospital, has a pair of scissors in her hand, and cuts her own umbilical cord and looks at her baby and throws it in the trash.”

Granados’ defense attorneys blamed hospital staff for the child’s death, saying they should have known that Granados gave birth in the restroom.

Granados is a legal U.S. resident who came to this country from El Salvador, and has two other children.

This sad case is reminiscent of another in which an illegal alien abandoned her baby in a dumpster in California.

In December 2009, the staff at Anaheim Medical Center became suspicious of the story given them by Juana Perez Valencia, 19, who though showing all of the signs, claimed she had not just given birth. Orange County deputies arrived and questioned her, eventually finding the corpse of her newborn daughter in the dumpster behind Sombrero’s restaurant, where Valencia worked as a waitress.

Apparently, Valencia gave birth to the girl in the restaurant’s bathroom, and allegedly placed the baby into a plastic bag, before tossing her into the dumpster.

An autopsy concluded that the baby had in fact, been born alive and healthy.

Deputy District Attorney Ebrahim Baytieh told the Orange County Register that the Mexican national had concealed her pregnancy, and was fully aware that she could have simply handed the baby over to authorities with no questions asked, but instead chose to let her die in a trash bin.

The Orange County District Attorney‘s Office issued the following statement: “The baby girl was born alive. Baby Doe weighed 6.3 pounds and was 17 inches long. The defendant is accused of murdering the baby, putting Baby Doe in a plastic bag, and throwing her body in a dumpster behind the restaurant.”

Valencia was charged with murder and currently sits in the Orange County Jail awaiting trial. If convicted, she faces a sentence of 25 years to life.

Video - Illegal alien gets deported in a coffin. Thanks ICE!

U.S. Post Office now enabling illegal aliens

Looking to capitalize on the growing remittance industry, largely fueled by illegal aliens sending money earned through illegal employment in this country, back home, the U.S. Post Office now offers a wire transfer service, but only to countries in Latin America.

The service, called Dinero Seguro (Sure Money) is being advertised in local post offices with posters showing a Latino family, along with the caption “for your wire transfer of funds back home.”

The following description of the service was taken directly from the official USPS website:

“It’s easy to wire money with Sure Money™ (Dinero Seguro®). Whether you are sending it to a business or to family or friends, all you have to do is visit a participating Post Office* and send your money. It will be transferred in just 15 minutes to a participating branch in the destination country.”

The wire transfers are only available to the following countries:

-Argentina
-Colombia
-Dominican Republic
-Ecuador
-El Salvador
-Guatemala
-Honduras
-Mexico
-Nicaragua
-Peru

The new plan will allow a sender to transfer up to $2,000 a day to Latin America. The fee to the sender begins at $10 on an amount of up to $750.

When I called the USPS’ toll free number to ask about the specifics of Dinero Seguro, I was mistakenly directed to the Spanish-speaking line. No matter, I pretended to be the owner of a landscape service, with a “large number of undocumented employees.”

Once the operator heard this…Her mood quickly became rosy, and helpful.

I asked if there were any ID requirements for my employees to send their wages back to Mexico and Honduras, and was told in a sullen voice: “Oh, yes, they will.”

However, her mood picked up when I asked if the laughable Matricula Consular cards distributed by the government of Mexico to this country’s illegal alien population would be accepted. She looked it up, and happily told me that they could be used at the Post Office.

The customer service worker was “not certain” which particular branches may offer Spanish translators!

Remittances, or wire transfers such as Western Union Moneygrams from the United States represent the second largest source of income for Mexico. In 2009, Mexican workers, mostly illegal aliens, sent home $21.2 billion in such transfers.

Remittances are second only to Mexico’s oil industry in the amount of revenue produced, which is one of the chief reasons the Mexican government has no interest in working with U.S. authorities to police our common border.

Furthermore, according to the Inter-American Development Bank, all of Latin America received $69.2 billion in remittances from the U.S. in 2009 alone.

In March 2009, the Postal Service announced a $2.8 billion loss for 2008. Postmaster general, John E. Potter told Congress “We are facing losses of historic proportion. Our situation is critical.”

Potter had come to Congress to ask for a bailout which he says is necessary if the Postal Service is to continue operating beyond 2009, and to also propose a reduction in the number of delivery days.

The Postal Service is the only carrier which routinely operates at a loss, and then simply raises their prices, even though their service is often rated as poor by their customers. Of course, they always have the Congress waiting-by to reward their ineptitude with more taxpayer money.

Without unfair government protection, the Postal Service would be forced to either close or become efficient.

The laws which allow the Postal service to operate a monopoly, should be rescinded and fair competition allowed to flourish. The consumer would be the ultimate beneficiary from such a move.

The Postal Service has only managed to turn a profit for five years since 1971, when it became a semi-independent agency. However, the Postal Service is a quasi-government agency and is exempt from anti-trust laws, and many other regulations which private carriers must follow.

The taxpayers continue to support the Postal Service with unfair laws, allowing a monopoly, as well as our hard-earned wages. In return, they not only offer inefficient service, but now enable illegal aliens, taking jobs from American citizens to send their ill-gotten gains back to their home countries.

Call your Congressman and tell him or her to end this nation’s unfair protections for the U.S. Post Office!

Say No To Amnesty For Illegal Aliens

Americans already spend far too much to support a huge illegal population. Enforcing existing laws might encourage self-deportation.

"Comprehensive immigration reform" is a euphemism for amnesty. As such, reform will impose significant costs on the country. The primary effect of immigration amnesties in both the U.S. and Europe has been to attract more illegal immigration. An amnesty signals to potential border-crossers that if they can just get into the country illegally, they will eventually be given legal status. Illegal entries in the U.S. rose after the Immigration Reform & Control Act of 1986 went into effect and have increased fivefold from the 1980s to today.

The vast majority of illegal aliens who have entered the U.S. since 1986 have been low-skilled, low-educated Mexicans and Central Americans; those groups will also make up the bulk of illegal immigrants most attracted by the current proposed amnesty. Mexicans, Salvadorans, Guatemalans and Hondurans made up 74% of the illegal population last year, says the Department of Homeland Security.

Therein lies the problem. To be sure, many children and grandchildren of Hispanic illegal aliens follow the timeworn immigrant trajectory of upward mobility; they are great assets to their communities. But a significant portion of second- and third-generation Latinos are assimilating downward into underclass culture. Hispanics have the highest rate of teen pregnancy in the U.S. and the fastest-growing rate of illegitimacy (now 53%) compared with blacks and whites. The incarceration rate of Mexican immigrants jumps more than eightfold between the first and second generations, resulting in a prison rate 3.5 times that of whites.

While second-generation Hispanics do better than their parents in school, that progress stalls at high school completion. Hispanics' high school dropout rate--around 50%--has not budged for generations, and their low college-completion rate has not changed for two decades, according to Patricia Gandara and Frances Contreras in The Latino Education Crisis (Harvard University Press, 2008). In California, the bellwether for all things pertaining to illegal immigration, large numbers of U.S.-born Hispanic students continue to be classified as nonnative "English language learners" through much of their school years, even though they speak English, because their academic and linguistic skills are so deficient.

The costs of out-of-wedlock childbearing, academic failure and gang involvement among the progeny of Hispanic immigrants are enormous. (By one conservative estimate, California spends at least $6 billion a year on services, from education and health care to prison, for illegals and their families.) Come 2030 the country will have experienced its first national decline in literacy and numeracy if current immigration patterns hold steady, the Educational Testing Service warned in 2005. California faces an 11% drop in per capita income by 2020 unless the college matriculation rate of Hispanics improves, predicted the Center for Public Policy & Higher Education in 2005. Crime from California's overwhelmingly Hispanic juvenile dropouts costs the state $1 billion-plus annually, the California Dropout Research Project at UC, Santa Barbara calculated last year.

It will not do to say we'll maintain the low-skilled immigration status quo and fix its economic and social consequences through more government programs. Federal, state and local agencies have already spent billions of dollars trying to close the Hispanic achievement gap without noticeable effect.

A hundred years ago, when America's economy was still heavily industrial, that gap would not have impeded the upward mobility of Hispanic immigrants and their children. Today, however, our economic future depends on a labor force with the advanced knowledge to compete with a fiercely disciplined Asia. Our immigration policy should reorient itself toward professionals and highly skilled tradesmen, following the lead of Australia, Ireland and Canada. We should limit family visas to members of an immigrant's nuclear family and eliminate birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens. We must close off the flow of unskilled illegal aliens by enforcing the law, not subverting it with an amnesty. Stepped-up enforcement over the last few years has resulted in voluntary migration back to Mexico and Central America; mandatory work eligibility checks by employers and cooperation among local police and federal immigration agents would encourage more illegal aliens to self-deport. Those who choose to stay have no claim on legalization. Unlike the millions of legal immigrants, they assumed the risk of illegal status by knowingly entering the country in violation of our laws.

Georgia halts college waivers to illegal aliens

ATLANTA — The Board of Regents voted unanimously Wednesday to instruct the presidents of the state's public colleges to not grant any waivers to illegal aliens and nearly unanimously to review all applications for fall admission.

The motions back up a May directive by the University System of Georgia Chancellor Erroll Davis.

The regents acknowledged they were responding to public reaction. News in March of an illegal alien at Kennesaw State University getting in-student tuition discounts stirred passions already inflamed by Arizona's law empowering police to arrest anyone without proof of citizenship. Plus, candidates latching onto a volatile issue have fanned the controversy.

"If we don't do something, the public will think, just like every bureaucratic agency, that we're going to study it to death," said Regent Ken Bernard, author of the motions.

Before the vote, Regent Larry Walker, a former long-time member of the legislature and State Transportation Board, drew on his political instincts to offer his colleagues a warning.

"If we pass this thing, it's going to be controversial," he said. "If we don't pass it, it's going to be really controversial."

Only Regent Felton Jenkins voted against the motion requiring a review of the fall applications because he wanted to let a committee the board appointed Wednesday to have time to act.

That committee, which includes five regents and five college presidents, is to report by October on ways to strengthen procedures to catch illegal aliens from getting in-state tuition. Proposals it will consider include verification through a federal database or requiring every applicant bring proof of citizenship. It will also consider whether to deny admission outright to illegal aliens and the appropriate discipline for anyone found lying about citizenship on an application.

One of Bernard's motions targets a rule that allows each college president to waive admissions requirements or set lower tuition for up to 2 percent of applicants each year. Before Davis arrived, there was an informal understanding that a waiver for aliens was permissible, but he sent instructions in 2006 to clarify that the regents' policy and the law prohibit it, according to the regents' legal counsel Burns Newsome.

The bigger problem, Davis said, is how to affordably verify that applicants are telling the truth, including students who are legal residents of other states or whose parents have moved out of Georgia, ending the qualification for in-state discounts.

"We are comfortable that our policies are within the law," Davis said. "We have significant problems with verification."

He told reporters during last month's meeting that he figured it would cost $25 per student to verify their citizenship with the federal database, or roughly the cost of 20 professors. Opponents of admitting illegal aliens said the figure is closer to 50 cents.

Bernard told his colleagues that verification is cheaper than granting taxpayer-subsidized tuition to people who don't deserve it.

A 2007 analysis by the Georgia Department of Audits and Reports found that nearly one-third of the students in its sample at the time should not have been granted in-state tuition, though it didn't mention whether they were illegal aliens or residents of other states. It estimated the total lost tuition at $2 million per semester then.

Both state and federal law prohibits illegal aliens from getting any government benefits. The University System lawyers interpret "benefits" to mean in-state tuition or scholarships like the HOPE. Only South Carolina has concluded that also means they can't be admitted at all.

Sitting in the audience during the meeting was D.A. King, head of the Dustin Inman Society, a Marietta group that lobbies for greater enforcement of prohibitions against illegal aliens. King has filed criminal complaints with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and federal agencies alleging the University System is guilty of breaking state and federal law by admitting illegal aliens. However, he didn't speak during the meeting.

Arrest anyone who hires illegal aliens

Letter to the Editor

In the June 6 paper, someone wrote that we should fix the immigration laws. We need to enforce the laws we already have (“Fix current immigration law, then enforce it”).

It is against the law to hire illegal immigrants. When INS raids a business, instead of taking just illegal immigrants, arrest the employers also.

If American employers do not hire illegal immigrants, then they will be less likely to come here. They come here for the jobs.

Sanctuary Policy Leads To Woman's Murder; Illegal Alien

In the latest casualty resulting from a law enforcement agency’s don’t-ask-don’t-tell immigration policy, an illegal alien with an extensive criminal record killed a woman after being arrested and released by several different police departments.

Not surprisingly, the tragic and avoidable crime occurred in a state—Wisconsin—that has long provided illegal immigrants with sanctuary. At least four local law enforcement agencies had contact with the illegal immigrant (Jorge Dominguez) before he murdered a young mother in Kenosha County while driving drunk on Memorial Day.

Dominguez had been arrested for serious crimes such as battery, possession of drugs and obstructing an officer and he served time in the Racine County jail. When he completed his sentence last summer he was extradited to Cook County where he had a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Federal authorities claim that they issued an immigration hold on Dominguez nearly a year ago so that he could be deported after serving his sentence.

Instead, the illegal alien was released by the various law enforcement agencies he encountered throughout his crime spree. An official with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) assures that the federal immigration hold had been issued when Dominguez was in custody in both Racine and Cook counties. Both agencies claim they had no record of an immigration detainer when Dominguez was released from jail.

Police in two other jurisdictions—Burlington and Rock County—also had contact with Dominguez before the deadly crash but none evidently bothered to check his immigration status. This allowed the illegal immigrant to continue victimizing innocent Americans. Legally drunk, he crashed into a family’s car on a local highway around 10:30 p.m. on Memorial Day. In the passenger’s seat, the mother was killed and the father, who was driving, was injured as well as the couple’s teenage son.

The local law enforcement agencies involved in the case all conveniently claim that they had no record of the immigration detainer. Not that most of them bother asking about a suspect’s immigration status anyways. Municipalities throughout Wisconsin have long protected illegal aliens and most police departments forbid officers from touching the immigration issue.
Just last week Madison, Wisconsin’s capital city, passed an ordinance guaranteeing that it won’t enact laws to help curb immigration. Lawmakers said they unanimously approved the resolution because minorities in the area feel that Arizona’s new law will cause backlash all the way in the Badger State. That measure makes it a state crime to be in the U.S. without proper documentation, bans “sanctuary city” policies and requires local police to check the immigration status of all residents who have encounters with authorities.

Last year Wisconsin passed legislation that gives illegal aliens discounted tuition at the state’s public colleges and universities and lawmakers came close to approving a measure to give them special driver’s licenses. For decades illegal immigrants obtained driver’s licenses in Wisconsin but in 2005 the privilege was rescinded to comply with a federal law (Real ID Act) requiring states to verify the authenticity of every applicant by 2011. Legislators came close to offering illegal immigrants, who won’t meet the new federal security standards, special cards but made a last-minute decision not to when the issue came under public scrutiny.

Illegal alien on parole caught after foot pursuit

HESPERIA • Law enforcement officials arrested a previously deported criminal who had a warrant for his arrest after a foot pursuit, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Hesperia station officials said.

Jerry Mirrle Corriea, 27, gave California Highway Patrol officers and Hesperia deputies a false name when he was caught after leading authorities on a foot pursuit that began at Hesperia Lake Sunday afternoon.

A check of records later determined Corriea was an armed-and-dangerous parolee who was wanted in Redding, Sgt. Colleen Kuhn said.

CHP officers patrolling the area near the lake spotted Corriea’s vehicle and tried to pull him over for a vehicle code violation. Corriea jumped out of his vehicle and ran.

A sheriff’s helicopter was called in and Deputy Jason Schroeder detained Corriea a short distance away on Damien Street, authorities reported.

Authorities learned Corriea had been previously deported and illegally reentered the country.

Corriea was arrested on a no bail warrant, for giving false information and for possession of marijuana. He was booked into Victor Valley Jail.

Criminal Illegal Alien Gangs Infest U.S.

"Evil requires the sanction of the victim."

—Ayn Rand

Today the Southern U.S. border is an open highway for those seeking to enter the United States without inspection.

Criminal gangs, especially Hispanic gangs, erroneously consider border crossing without inspection a constitutional right afforded them somehow by the U.S. Constitution, an opinion on which the Obama administration seems to concur.

Hispanic gangs are now the most powerful criminal operatives in the United States and in much of the world. The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) estimate that 80 percent of U.S. crime is committed by gangs, including murder, rape, kidnapping, violent assaults, torture, robbery, and identity theft.

Criminal gangs are multiplying and successfully recruiting Hispanics born in the United States and abroad. Islamist terrorists have reached an accord with gangs for assistance in entering the United States without inspection.

Considering fluency in Spanish an advantage, Islamist terrorists are adopting Hispanic personas. Several gangs now specialize in serving as mentors to Islamist terrorists.

The DOJ estimates that a million gang members operate in the United States in gangs such as MS-13, the Bloods, the Crips, Sur-13, Mexican Mafia, Latin Kings, Surenos, Kurdish Pride, and Mexican Posse.

Among gang members are illegal aliens and those born in the United States of illegal alien parents. The United States is infested with these gangs, many of them interlocked and many international in scope.

The U.S. Border Patrol, in one week (March 25-31) arrested 11 previously deported gang members attempting to re-enter the United States. Since the Border Patrol estimates that for each apprehension, at least five illegal crossers succeed, during that week in March perhaps 55 previously deported illegal aliens re-entered the United States.

Gang members and terrorists use forged Social Security cards, driver’s licenses, and matricula consular ID cards. The Mexican government has opened an office in California for the specific purpose of distributing matricula consular cards to all comers.

U.S. federal and state agencies accept as proper identification these IDs — real or forged — so as not to offend the sensibilities of Mexicans or of Muslims adopting Mexican personas.

Mexican officials acknowledge that Spanish and Islamist terrorist groups are operating in Mexico and that some of the Islamist groups have been in Mexico since 2001. The Assistant Director of the FBI Office of Intelligence testified at a 2007 House Judiciary Subcommittee hearing that matricula consular ID cards enable terrorists to move freely within the United States without triggering watch-lists.

The FBI considers MS-13 the most violent and least understood of the criminal alien gangs. As the dominant gang in the United States and in many parts of the world, MS-13 has adopted Islamist terror traits such as beheading and dismembering bodies as a warning to all people, including law enforcement. Across the nation, states are either fighting or yielding to illegal alien gang rule.

Arizona. Before passing the SB 1070 bill (Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act), the Arizona state legislature heard testimony from many of its citizens, among them ranchers whose land abuts the U.S-Mexico border. The hearings showed that the Arizona border with Mexico is out of control and that illegal aliens, drug smugglers, and gang members cross the border at will.

California. In April 2010, the La Habra police arrested a Hispanic gang member for the 2006 shooting of an African-American college student. The police advised that the Hispanic gang disliked African-Americans and that the shooting was without provocation. In Los Angeles, the County District Attorney and Superior Courts decline immigration enforcement actions involving gang members as a matter of policy. Los Angeles is a sanctuary city, where a spokesperson proudly states, “We treat all undocumented persons no differently than anyone else.”

Illinois. In President Obama’s hometown of Chicago, two Democrat state representatives have called for the governor to activate the National Guard to safeguard city streets. As of April of this year, 113 people have been killed in Chicago, where gang violence is out of control. Chicago’s most famous gang member, Jose Padilla, is serving a 17-year sentence for his part in an al-Qaida dirty bomb plot. Padilla, a Latin King member, was serving time for kicking a rival gang member to death, when he converted to Islam. His prison conversion reflects a growing phenomenon of Hispanics becoming Islamists.

Maryland. The State Attorney’s office estimates that 40 gangs with 1,150 members are currently active in the state. In Montgomery County, a bedroom-suburb of Washington, D.C., in November 2009, a member of MS-13 shot up a bus, killing a 14-year-old student and wounding two other children. The police chief excused the violence by saying that gang members were really just targeting each other. He could not say how many of them were illegal aliens. Officials refuse to acknowledge that being a “sanctuary community” has any bearing on the violence. Sanctuary communities, by refusing to ask the immigration status of those apprehended for crimes, become free zones for criminal alien gangs. Sanctuary communities believe that illegal aliens are a protected class and that U.S. citizens must tolerate certain downsides to being the “open society” sought by George Soros, the moneyed radical left guru shaping U.S. immigration policy.

Virginia. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has ordered federal prosecutors to not seek the death penalty for three illegal alien M-13 members charged with murdering a man in Virginia, where the gang members reside.

Washington. State Sen. Margarita Prentice, D-Renton, takes credit for “killing” anti-gang legislation. Saying that the legislation would have unfairly labeled “Latino” children, she ignores the link between illegal immigration and “Latino” gangs. In her state, 18 of the 26 “Most Wanted” criminals are illegal aliens.

Wisconsin. Madison had a gang killing on April 28. City police estimate that 40 gangs (at least 12 of them “Latino”) have 1,100 gang members active in Madison. A police official noted that the city is experiencing an influx of West Coast-based “Latino” gangs.

Meanwhile, the Obama administration promises border security out of one side of its mouth while supporting open borders and illegal aliens out the other. U.S. citizens are waking to the realization that on immigration the Obama administration speaks with forked tongue.

The United States has never played the “victim” role well. It is time for U.S. citizens to demand that the nation stop sanctioning the evil deeds of criminal alien gangs.

TNM OFFERING FREE BUS FARE FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS – ALL THE WAY TO WASHINGTON D.C.

NEDERLAND, Texas – The Texas Nationalist Movement is offering to give any illegal alien who wants it a free one-way bus ride … to Washington, D.C.
“Since the federal government doesn’t want to do its Constitutionally-mandated job, we thought that maybe Washington just doesn’t understand the magnitude of the problem faced by Texas and other border states like Arizona, and why people in those states are so adamant about wanting something done,” TNM president Daniel Miller said. “We figure that if Washington suddenly has to deal with a few thousand illegal aliens trashing the District of Columbia, driving down wages, murdering, raping and killing D.C. citizens that maybe the federal government might sit up and take notice.”

The TNM is offering to board any illegal alien on a commercial bus and give them a free one-way ride from Presidio, Texas – the Texas “exit station” where government agents dump thousands of apprehended illegal aliens — to Washington D.C. ”We may later expand the end destination to include the MSNBC Studios in New York, too,” Miller said.

That offer is open to those in this country illegally no matter their national origin.

“We don’t care if you’re Australian, Pakistani, Nigerian, Chinese, Central American, Russian, British, Somalian or Mexican,” Miller said. “If you’re in this country illegally, we’d like to give you a free ride to the place where all the freebies get dispensed.”

Miller said TNM decided to weigh in on the illegal-immigration issue in support of Arizona’s assertion of its rights.

“Arizona took the action it took because the federal government refused to do its job,” Miller said. “Illegal aliens are a huge drain on social services and there is increasing evidence that more and more illegal aliens are part of violent criminal or terrorist gangs. Arizona did the only thing it could under the circumstances, and Texas will need to follow suit soon.”

Violence along the Texas-Mexico border is increasing and is already spilling over to Texas cities because the two national governments are either unwilling or unable to do their jobs, Miller added.

“A token force of 1,200 National Guardsmen – who are state militia to begin with, not federal troops – isn’t going to solve the problem of a border that is 2,000 miles long,” Miller said. “Washington is intentionally trying to paint states into a corner to increase its own power, and in so doing it is violating the Constitution and forcing more states toward secession.”

The Texas Nationalist Movement is a grassroots political organization not aligned with any political party which exists to secure and protect the political, economic and cultural independence of the Nation of Texas and to restore and protect a Constitutional Republic and the inherent rights of the people of Texas.

Why Americans Oppose Amnesty for Illegal Aliens

According to the May 20th New York Times, a little girl asked First Lady Michelle Obama about immigration reform, stating, "My mom says that Barack Obama is taking everybody away that doesn't have papers." The First Lady comforted the little girl, saying, "Yeah, well that's something that we have to work on, right?" The little girl responded, "But my mom doesn't have any papers."

In the same article, the President of Mexico was quoted as saying, "We will retain our firm rejection to criminalize migration so that people that work and provide things to this nation [U.S.] will [not] be treated as criminals," meaning that Arizona should not be arresting people who illegally crossed the U.S. border and are now illegal aliens.

But why shouldn't people who deliberately violated the law be arrested and deported? In the case of Arizona, illegal immigration has been extremely burdensome. Arizona is being overwhelmed with an estimated 500,000 illegals now in that state and more coming every day. Many of those illegals require medical services and education facilities for their children. The cost to Arizona undoubtedly runs into the multi-millions, if not billions of dollars. If the feds are failing to do their job to protect Arizona from infiltration, that state government has decided it will do the job. For that, Arizona is being denounced by President Obama and by many members of Congress. When Mexican President Felipe Calderon denounced Arizona's law when he addressed the joint session of Congress, saying, "It is a law that not only ignores a reality that cannot be erased by decree but also introduces a terrible idea using racial profiling as a basis for law enforcement...core values we all care about are breached," the Democrats stood up and applauded him. What an outrage, both by Congress and Calderon.

As a result of the furor created by the Arizona law calling for police identification and arrest of illegal immigrants, the Arizona legislature changed the law and now some other incident -- such as a traffic offense or otherwise -- must take place before an Arizona police officer can inquire about a person's right to be in the U.S. This amendment is to insure against racial profiling.

If the little girl had said to the First Lady, "My mom is a shoplifter," I would have felt badly for her, but I would not have discouraged the cops from getting a search warrant. In this little girl's situation, the White House announced there would be no effort to remove the little girl's mother from the U.S., because she was not a danger to the country. Our hearts go out to children and I believe if a child is born here, every effort should be made to keep the family intact in the U.S.

I have heard public officials in ever larger numbers talk about the need to provide the illegals with a "pathway to citizenship." Why? Probably because those politicians -- particularly Democrats -- hope to enlist them to vote for them in the future. They are becoming an ever larger part of the American population, with Hispanics expected to be 29 percent of the population by 2050. Clergy, particularly Roman Catholic, also support giving illegal aliens citizenship. Cardinal Roger Mahony of Los Angeles is a leader in this effort for reasons of compassion and I would think because the Roman Catholic Church is becoming increasingly Hispanic, particularly in the Southwest of the U.S.

People like me oppose granting amnesty to illegals for the same reasons that the people of the U.S. rose up twice during George W. Bush's presidency and defeated two congressional efforts to create amnesty and a path to citizenship for an estimated 12 to 20 million illegal aliens.

We think it is simply wrong to reward illegal conduct by those who crossed the borders without permission or overstayed their visas. If more permanent immigrants are needed -- I think we need more -- they should come from those waiting in line or willing to join the existing line. Our immigration quotas should be increased, doubled or tripled if necessary. We now take in 750,000 permanent immigrants and 250,000 asylees annually. On the other hand, I do not believe in open borders. Mexico doesn't have them, evidenced by the following exchange between CNN's Wolf Blitzer and President Calderon:

BLITZER: All right. Let's talk a little bit about Mexico's laws. I read an article in "The Washington Times" the other day. I'm going to read a paragraph to you and you tell me if this is true or not true. This is from "The Washington Times": "Under the Mexican law, illegal immigration is a felony punishable by up to two years in prison. Immigrants who are deported and attempt to reenter can be imprisoned for 10 years. Visa violators can be sentenced to six year terms. Mexicans who help illegal immigrants are considered criminals. Is that true?

CALDERON: It was true, but it is not anymore. We derogate or we erased that part of the law. Actually, the legal immigration is not a -- is not a crime in Mexico. Not anymore, since one year ago. And that is the reason why we are trying to establish our own comprehensive public policy talking about, for instance, immigrants coming from Central America...

BLITZER: So if people want to come from Guatemala or Honduras or El Salvador or Nicaragua, they want to just come into Mexico, they can just walk in?

CALDERON: No. They need to fulfill a form. They need to establish their right name. We analyze if they have not a criminal precedent. And they coming into Mexico. Actually...

BLITZER: Do Mexican police go around asking for papers of people they suspect are illegal immigrants?

CALDERON: Of course. Of course, in the border, we are asking the people, who are you?

And if they explain...

BLITZER: At the border, I understand, when they come in.

CALDERON: Yes.

BLITZER: But once they're in...

CALDERON: But not -- but not in -- if -- once they are inside the -- inside the country, what the Mexican police do is, of course, enforce the law. But by any means, immigration is [not] a crime anymore in Mexico.

BLITZER: Immigration is not a crime, you're saying?

CALDERON: It's not a crime.

BLITZER: So in other words, if somebody sneaks in from Nicaragua or some other country in Central America, through the southern border of Mexico, they wind up in Mexico, they can go get a job...

CALDERON: No, no.

BLITZER: They can work.

CALDERON: If -- if somebody do that without permission, we send back -- we send back them.

BLITZER: You find them and you send them back?

CALDERON: Yes. However, especially with the people of Guatemala, we are providing a new system in which any single citizen from Guatemala could be able to visit any single border (INAUDIBLE) in the south. And even with all the requirements, he can or she can visit any parts of Mexico.

BLITZER: I ask the questions because there's an argument that people in Arizona and New Mexico and -- and Texas, they say they're only trying to do in their states what Mexico itself does in the southern part of Mexico.

CALDERON: I know. And that is a very powerful argument. But that is one of the reasons why we are trying to change our policy. And let me be frank, Wolf. In the past, Mexican authorities were in a -- in a -- in an unfortunate way in the treatment for immigrants. But now we are changing the policy. We changed already the law. And that is different today. We are trying to write a new story, talking about immigrants, especially coming from Central American countries.

When Haitians were coming across the Caribbean in dangerous boats to Florida, the advocates were calling them economic refugees. There is even more reason for them to come now because of the earthquake devastation. We sent them back because we have no special category of admission for economic refugees, only for asylees who fear and can prove they would be subject to bodily harm if sent home.

When Senator John McCain realized his error in supporting the amnesty bill and in the course of his current primary reelection campaign, did a campaign commercial apparently repudiating his earlier support, he was denounced by the New York Times in an editorial which said, "Who else has shown such courage in the long struggle for immigration reform? Not Mr. McCain, who ditched his principled support of rational immigration legislation to better his odds in a close re-election campaign against a far-right-wing opponent." I, however, applaud Senator McCain for changing his position so as to reflect that of the overwhelming number of Arizona's citizens. That is particularly true in this case where 59 percent, according to a Pew Research poll of the people of the U.S. agree with Arizona's action.

The battle in Congress on this issue may come this year, but probably not. The members of Congress and the President himself fear the outcome of such a battle -- they think they will lose. In all probability, our national leaders intend to wait until after the November election to vote on this bill thinking the two years that follow until the next election will protect them. The passage of time they believe will dull memories and the passions that currently exist in opposition to amnesty legislation.

When will they learn the public is not made up of chumps to be taken advantage of? We will remember and hold those people accountable when they next run for office.

Video - ILLEGAL Alien Criminals Are Destroying Washington State. 40%+ Of Felony Warrants Are For ILLEGALS

Illegal Alien Crime Spree in WA.

One woman is dead and two others were raped recently and police say each crime was committed by a different illegal immigrant. One of the sexual assaults happened just hours before the Seattle city council passed an ordinance boycotting Arizona over its new immigration law.

Gregorio Luna Luna had a history of beating up his live-in girlfriend Griselda Ocampo Meza. He was also in the U.S. illegally. On May 1, Luna Luna was deported to Mexico. Three weeks later Meza was murdered in her apartment in a violent knife attack.

Franklin County prosecutors say Luna Luna slipped past the border again and killed Meza in front of their five year old son. He's in the county jail awaiting trial.

A suspected rapist in Edmonds, Washington has been deported at least 4 times according to Snohomish County prosecutors. Jose Lopez Madrigal has been charged with raping a woman next to a dumpster behind a Safeway store. A witness to the attack alerted police and Madrigal was taken into custody.

An illegal immigrant just convicted of his possible 3rd strike in Whatcom county- a rape of a homeless woman- has been deported to Mexico five times.

Washington State ranks 11th in the nation in the number of illegal immigrants with an estimated 150,000. They make up 2% of the state's population, but account for 4.5% of those in Washington prisons. In Franklin county, 14% of the jail bookings are illegal immigrants.

Currently, over half of the individuals on the Washington State Patrol's Most Wanted List are suspected illegal immigrants. 18 of the 26 on the list are Hispanic with no place of birth identified. Most are wanted for vehicular homicide and they have languished on the Most Wanted list for several years.

There are about 50,000 felony warrants currently issued in Washington State and according to a source in the U.S. Marshal's office between 30-40 percent are believed to be illegal immigrants.

We asked the State Patrol about the immigration status of the most wanted suspects and they told us they didn't know. Officials say that information is not important in trying to locate the individuals.

The U.S. Marshall's Service disagrees. Leaders of the region's fugitive task force say knowing immigration status can be very important to an investigation. In fact, the Marshall's have an office in Mexico to help with cross-border cases.

Last week, the city of Tacoma joined Seattle in admonishing Arizona for its immigration law. While the council did not go so far as passing a boycott, the ordinance does criticize Arizona for its stand against illegal immigration.
