A note for other American citizens lucky enough to not live in Kentucky: If you are smart and want to save your life, stay out of Kentucky. If you must pass through the state, stop before you cross the border use the bathroom, gas up and don't stop until you cross the border out of the international gang heaven and citizen hell known as Kentucky. You will live longer if you avoid the state altogether.
You can not risk your lives or the lives of your children in this outlaw state. It is the same as Nuevo Laredo Mexico where drug cartels have taken over all aspects of government.
