Video - DHS memo: Assassins, aka: (illegal aliens) headed to Arizona with orders to kill
PHOENIX – Assassins are reportedly headed to Arizona with orders to kill.
A new memo leaked from the Department of Homeland Security, assassins are being hired to improve drug trafficking through Arizona.
Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu has two important messages in regards to this memo: You need to be concerned and the state needs federal help.
Sheriff Babeu says the leaked memo was sent to multiple law enforcement agencies throughout the southwest desert. Sheriff Babeu says, "This is the federal government. Our own homeland security is saying that these drug cartels in Mexico are now working together to protect their interest."
The memo states there was a meeting in Puerto Peñasco, or Rockypoint, with multiple drug smuggling organizations.
Allegedly at the meeting these cartels allegedly decided to send around 15 paid assassins to Vekol Valley in Pinal County. They were also going to allegedly send fake drug smugglers through the highly-trafficked drug corridor in Vekol Valley and when or if they were approached by bandits trying to steal the drugs the assassins would wipe them out.
For critics who say this is just drug dealers killing drug dealers, Babeau says it is more than that. He says the federal government needs to send thousands of armed troops to the border, build a two-walled fence and increase penalties for illegal immigrants arrested in the United States.
"This is a national security threat," explains Sheriff Babeu. "It's no longer just the sheriffs and local police as a public safety matter, this is a national security threat when, somehow, the days now arrive where these cartels think that there is no boundary. They'll do whatever it is to carry on their business.
Sheriff Babeu has been patrolling Vekol Valley with his own SWAT members.
