As suggested by Patrick Buchanan, but not pushed by him as of late, is the notion of a “time out” on newcomers to this country. The filling of our open spaces by foreigners whether they are wealthy or poor is not a healthy situation. Forgotten is the idea that too much of a population is not good economically or for the quality of life. China is an example of a great many people to take care of lest they get restless.

We do not need workers at this juncture. That is a given. Why bring in people who want their culture to reign alongside the Anglo-Saxon culture?. A nation is not a nation if it lacks a unifying language and culture. Wall Street and multi-national businesses have their own agenda. Lower wages for foreigners and Americans and an internationalizing of the American way of life. After all, their recent success in rising equity prices is tied to foreign investment and foreign sales. American consumers are second-tier.

Rare is the student who can name this great American who wanted to isolate us (except for trade) from the negative influences of the world. He wanted to preserve the American character which is slowly slipping away. Even Japan, which is losing population is Japanese. Is the United States still tied to its glorious past?
New World Order
The New World Order of President Bush the elder is coming about fast. Few things are American unless we find ourselves in a rural area. The foreigners have wiped out the last vestiges of Americanism and confined them to impoverished, or if fortunate, middle-class rural areas. It is not known yet whether this process can be reversed. Chances are that it will not be reversed, with the population by the year 2050 set to be majority foreign dominated. By then George Washington and other past leaders will have been relegated to the dustbin of history.
